About CSVTU

Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU) was established in January 2005 by the Government of Chhattisgarh as a premier institution dedicated to technical education. The University aims to provide systematic, efficient, and high-quality education in engineering and technological disciplines, including Architecture and Pharmacy, at Research, Postgraduate, Degree, and Diploma levels.

Since its inception, the University has consistently worked towards becoming one of the nation’s leading technical institutions. With a strong commitment to serving both the state and the nation, it has actively focused on identifying frontier areas of research, innovation, and development, along with implementing outreach programs for societal benefit. Over the years, numerous academic programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences have been successfully organized.

Campus & Infrastructure

The permanent campus of the University is spread across 250 acres in the vicinity of Bhilai, one of India’s prominent educational hubs. The campus is being developed with modern infrastructure, and several administrative buildings have already been completed, with further construction in progress.
