TOT / TOA Program
CSVTU is committed to building a strong cadre of trainers and assessors who ensure quality, continuity, and credibility in skill development. The ToT and ToA programs shall be designed to empower professionals with the knowledge, pedagogy, and assessment skills required to deliver nationally recognized training
Scope of TOT / TOA Program
- Capacity Building of Trainers: The ToT program shall be conducted to enhance the teaching and facilitation skills of trainers, ensuring they are equipped with modern methodologies, industry practices, and learner-centric approaches
- Certification of Assessors: The ToA program shall be undertaken to prepare assessors who can evaluate trainees with fairness, transparency, and adherence to NCVET standards.
- Standardization of Delivery: Both programs shall ensure that training delivery and assessment processes remain standardized, credible, and aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF).
- Continuous Professional Development: Trainers and assessors shall be encouraged to participate in refresher courses, workshops, and research activities to remain updated with evolving technologies and pedagogies.
